Astral Industries Limited, operating as Jumbo Tank (“we”, “our” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and safeguard information when you interact with our website, our WhatsApp messaging service, our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, our sales team or any of our other digital channels.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and its regulations, and applicable Meta Platform requirements.

02Information we collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our water tanks and loft tanks, request a quotation, contact us, place an order or request after-sales support.

What this website itself collects

This is a static site with no server of its own: the tank sizer, the rainfall calculations and every form run entirely in your browser. Unless an enquiry endpoint has been configured for it, the enquiry form does not post your answers anywhere — it composes them into a WhatsApp or email message and hands it to you to send, so nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself. What we then hold is the message you sent.

Information from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

When you contact us through Meta services, we may receive information that you submit through a lead form or message, together with limited interaction information made available by Meta, such as the advert or campaign through which you contacted us.

Website and device information

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or social media trackers. Our hosting provider may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser or device type and pages requested, in the ordinary course of serving the site and keeping it secure.

We use personal information only where we have a lawful and legitimate business purpose. We may use your information to:
